We are Killing the Ocean..!! By 2050 More Plastic than Fish in Ocean..?

U heard right by 2050 Ocean contains more plastic than the fish in water. as the demand of plastic for everything leads to plastic waste problem as plastic can not be decompose naturally. It should be like that for years by the Day of manufacturing.

I can give u one small example of Ur daily use our first toothbrush is still present on earth from day it is manufactured . like this those who are using the toothbrush those all are still in same condition not even single scratch on that. it last forever. And the worst part is those all are made up of plastic that can not be reused. 

Ocean Contain most of the Area

As we know our planet contains 97% Water -

The ocean is said to be Earth’s life support, with 97% of the world’s water held by the ocean. We rely on it to regulate our climate, absorb CO2 and it is the number one source for protein for over a billion people.

now a days those ocean are just the dumping yard for

human beings to dump our waste into it and those waste mostly contain plastic and PET BOTTLES and plastic bags. in it so by 2050 there is more plastic than the fish contain in the oceans.the scary but yet true fact.

         However, at the rate we are polluting the ocean with around 12.7 million tonnes            of plastic a year. is a scary numbers right.

these are the numbers of Recycling of plastic now just take a look at what happens to life at oceans from this plastic.

•  88% of the sea surface polluted by plastic

• 1 in 3 fish caught for humans contains plastics.

• 100% of sea baby turtles contains plastic in there stomach

• More than 1 million plastic bags end up in trash every minute

• The world uses over 500 billion plastic bags a year that means 150-per person. 

• this leads to distroy our oceans by plastic pollution Soon.

To stop this pollution we have use compostable bottles and replacement to the plastic products like plastic bags , plastic glass, plastic plates and contaners made up of plastic.

The plastice is already on planet present has to be recycled at least 70% of it each year. like recycling process is from 20th century present on planet but not the amount we have to recycle cant not be achived yet. only i said earley only 9% of plastic is recycled of 50%

There are many methods to recycle plastic like we can recycle plastic pet bottles and and by heating and cutting the bottles into a small plastic granules and we can use it again.

Plastic Bags :

we can store plastic bags after there use before going to dustbin to use further and store them in good manner.

recycle plastic bags at any big box store by putting your used bags in the designated boxes usually near or around the entrance.

donate used plastic bags (without rips or tears) to local businesses who need bags like thrift stores, libraries, or animal shelters.

Food Scraps : 

According to the United Nations Development Programme, up to 40% of the food produced in India is wasted. About 21 million tonnes of wheat are wasted in India and 50% of all food across the world meets the same fate and never reaches the needy.

thats why we need to change our food system.

compost is the way to reuse the household food scraps and use them as a compost for our forming purpose.

our daily household is used for this purpose and we can do it at our home itself so we can make our own compost at home to reuse  in farming.

food scraps contain all our kitchen food scraps like banana cover, vegetables,cover of vegetables and their used parts. 



Egg cartons : 

start seedlings by adding soil to each hole then planting seeds of your choice. Once they have sprouted, you can plant the whole egg carton if it is made of wood pulp or recycled paper as it’ll biodegrade when in the ground.


Old Dameged CD's and DVD's :

These can be recycled

aslo plastic CDs can be decorated and can be used as the decorative purpose so besides to dump they can be used.

Electronic waste

Used Tea Bags : 

After water, tea is second-most-consumed beverage in the world. Here are some ways to reuse tea bags

these can be also recycled and can be use again.

for composting for garden can be used

feed your garden with the acidic tannins of caffeinated tea and rejuvenate plants (especially roses and ferns) by breaking open used tea bags and sprinkling the contents over the soil below the plant.


Glass Bottles And Jars : 

These can be usued as spices and storing some kitchen stuff.

Drink water by usuing mason jars.

if cant any of these usuful then these can be also recycled.

Now the best of these is to avoid or reduce the use of  plastic, glass, electronic ,plastic bags etc...

For reducing these we can use the alternatives of all these product like plastic glass can be replaced by eco friendly cups and glasses .

by these simple environment friendly use of product we can Reduce the plastic use.

To stop this we have work together and say "NO to Plastic" and start using of eco friendly and composable products so the plastic use can be reduced.
